Around my website, you will see a little pink creature thing named Clover. She is my sona and something of a mascot for my website. Clover is a representation of me, Mari, while also being her own character, and she has her own cringy backstory as any good sona does.

Cloverβ€”formally CLVR.exeβ€”is a piece of malware that falls in love with its user. Or at least, what she thinks is love.

It turns out that the 'malware' was really just a demon possession. Clover needs help getting OUT of the computer and back home to the hellsβ€”even if she needs to fall in love and steal souls to get there. In general, she is bubbly and a little vicious.

Clover is never really 'on-model' and her color scheme is inconsistent. I just draw her however I see fit. The most important part of Clover's design is the long pink hair, oversized glasses, red or pink eyes, horns, bat wings, and a tail with a pointy black spade/heart (depending on how you look at it hehe). It's pure self indulgence and rule of cool.

But why even have a sona? Why not just draw myself? Well, the simple answer is that it's more fun! Most of my other OCs are more thought-out than Clover. I like having a character that's just vibes. It's fun to let loose and be self indulgent too.

This is how I would draw myself IRL... cute but not as fun as Clover!
